Create your own customizable workouts from multiple movies.

Allows you to easily create your own customizable workouts from multiple fitness movie files. Define clips, without editing the original files, and play them back in any order you choose to create your own custom workout sequences. Add your own custom workout music using your own MP3s etc. Resume partly completed workouts at a later time. Add custom 'intros' to be played before each clip for body target reminders, fitness equipment reminders, notes for motivation so on. Extensive OSD shows clip and workout duration, as normal chronological time or in a percentage format, either in count up or count down modes. Clip and workout statistics showing times played and last played dates. Adjust a clip's audio pitch and tempo so the clip can be played back at a slower or faster speed than x1 normal speed, but still hear the instructor's voice at normal speed and pitch. Requires Windows XP or Vista.
