You won't find much to impress you with this limited system-monitoring tool. File System Watcher's plain interface requires you to manually enter directories and filters to monitor; there's no browser option. As with much of this software's trial version, the option to start or stop the monitoring is disabled. Only two of the eight buttons, Delete App Log and Clear Preview, are enabled to manage activity logs, and none of the system tools is available. There's no help file to explain what benefits the Event View or Svc Console buttons provide, or to help you use the program. Novice users will want to avoid this unfriendly program, and advanced users will want a more flexible and powerful system-monitoring tool.
