fast easy to use. but it cant handle large files

- This splitter is simple to use and fast.

- It only splits files based on bite size. I was actually needing something to split an enormous asci file by lines. Additionally, when dealing with large files and bytes, it would be better to just allow the user to enter in the byte limit rather than forcing them to hold down the up / down arrow to adjust the desire byte split threshold.
