  Pros

  simple to use, no actual 'install' it runs from any location just double click the exe file to run it.

  Cons

  Not an issue really, but it has no interface so I wasn't sure it had installed until I tried to use it

  Summary

  Hold the cursor over window title bar and scroll to resize it or shift scroll to change transparency-Simple. I'm using it to trace one 3d model from another 3d model underneath. (non compatible file formats)
