system is good in terms of functionalities.

Pros
As an IT admin i have been asked by my management to find solutions to manage our apartments and during my search i got ezee absolute. they provided 20 days trial with my live operations and surprisingly withing this 20 days they came up with so many updates like booking engine and i can also manage my rates on OTAs. these guys promised me some customized reports and they did delivered it to me within 10 days from the date of my subscription with the trail period.
Cons
system goes down for 1-2 hour in month as they upgrade the system with new features. but yes they did provide notification before one week.
Summary
these guys are providing exceelent support all the time. they did provided training to my team and finally we subscribed for 2 years and we are getting the same benefits and service after subscriptions. I also feel that their pricing are very competitive compare to other pms with cloud environment.
I sign up for 1 month and got amazed so extended it.

Pros
I have 34 rooms property in California and I tried this software for my basic operation. I think it's affordable and easy to use.
Cons
Will surely post if I find any.
Summary
My frontdesk manager was using this system from last few months but I got another FrontDesk Manager and she also got very familiar with the system with the help of their Support. I think its easy to use software for all end users. Good Job Guys!
