Express Invoice Mac OS X invoice software. Easily create billing quotes, orders, make payments and generate billing reports. Web console gives remote access for multiple users to create invoices, manage and generate billing reports. This billing software allows you to create recurring invoices for ongoing services and regular product purchases and link to credit card gateways to easily process payments for goods and services. You can then print, email or fax your invoices to your clients directly from the application. Express Invoice also includes a number of standard reports such as unpaid accounts, payments, sales person, accounting reports and more.
The company is having a scam or what.First they said its free for 1 business when I downloaded it and if I need to set up several business they will charge (which seemed reasonable) and now they end the trial after 14 days and the worst all invoices I issued are now gone unless I shell out money and purchase the software.
It is a scam so dont download it else you may risk loosing your work. This company has no ethics and the owners probably have devised such ways of running scams. If it was beforehand that I need to pay 99 USD I would have been happy to pay it but this way of ethic less business is what I dislike.Moving the app to the thrash and will remake all invoices :-(
Summary
Scammers!! So please take CAUTION.
Simple and perfect for small, small business
PopcornSally
Pros
Simple and intuitive
Cons
A confusing when trying to delete invoices.
Summary
I use it to create invoices for my personal service type business. I average less than 100 invoices per year, and need only basic capabilities in software for accounting. This software was free and has worked well for me over the past 2 years.

strange "free"
software28
Pros
am still trying to work out the meaning of "free"
Cons
it would appear to cost $69.95
How is this free?

am still trying to work out the meaning of "free"
IT'S NOT FREE. it's a 14-day trial.
arief_b
Pros
It does work on my Mac, thou. seems like a good apps. but they lie about it being a free product.
Cons
It's not free. i no longer trust a company that says its a free product but turned out a 14-day trial. the moment it expires, i drag it on trash bin. i'm now back on my trusted old Pages and Numbers for accounting and invoicing.
Summary
the reason why i chose to discontinue using this apps is because i concern about the ethics and motives behind the company. they should just be honest about it being a paid-app. if it's a good product, people will buy.
Doesn't work
CNet_Fred
Pros
Nothing; it doesn't work at all. Downloaded the version that says it's for Mac, including OS10.4x. Unzipped. Launched DMG. Attempted, per on screen instructions, to drag the app into the applications folder.
Cons
It immediately failed with the error message "You cannot open the application "ExpressInvoice because it is not supported on this system" despite the documentation specifically saying it IS supported.
Summary
Doesn't work at all; can't even be launched. Lowest possible score.

Summary
I'm concerned about how this software is being described as a "free" application. It's not. Download it and you'll discover that it's a "free 14-day trial." Big difference.
