• The best practice management program I've seen.

  TheraQuick is so well designed that there is very little learning curve involved in deploying it into a practice. The new features (Calendar and Dashboard) are powerful additions in Version 2 that provide complete visibility into any aspect of client information. Billing is a breeze, as is tracking and allocating payments. Reporting is simple, powerful, and is easily customized to meet any need. Customer support is first rate. Preconfigured to automatically submit claims to a choice of two different EDI gateways, and also allows for manually generating claims files for submission to other gateway providers. TheraQuick has significantly reduced the time I spend managing my practice, which increases the time I have for billable sessions.

  Summary

  I love TheraQuick. I have been using the product for 1 1/2 years, and I love the power of the program coupled with the simplicity and ease of use. The user interface is simply elegant. I was formerly an acquisition agent for a federal agency, and I was very methodical when I set out to buy a new practice management system. I"m a Mac user, because I'd rather spend my time doing productive work than endlessly discovering just how complicated a computer operating system can be, so my first requirement was that the program run natively on Mac. Since TheraQuick is based on Filemaker, it runs equally well on Apple or Windows operating systems. I reviewed every available product I could find. While other programs did a couple of things well, TheraQuick was the best at every evaluation criteria I came up with. I have never regretted buying TheraQuick, and have not once had any reason to wish I had looked more closely at any other product. Customer support is outstanding. I have encountered problems a few times - usually with claims submission - but have, in each instance, heard back from TheraQuick the same day. The support team quickly corrected any problem within my TheraQuick file. However, the problems I have encountered have usually been with the gateway provider changing claims formats. Even in those cases where the problem was not in TheraQuick, support worked quickly to identify the problem so I could tell the gateway provider exactly what was going on in order to resolve the issue. I think TheraQuick is truly the Best in Class.

• A stellar therapist billing software program

  Pros

  As a long time user of TheraQuick, I can only say that 2.1.3 takes a stellar product and adds features and functionality that makes billing a breeze. I have used other products that purport to be therapist billing software but they pale in comparison. Built on the solid Filemaker platform, TheraQuick takes what can be an odious, time consuming process and streamlined it into a user friendly, common sense one that takes little time. What can I say, other than I am a very, very satisfied user.

  Cons

  I'm spoiled for a great product and customer service. No cons I can think of.

  Summary

  There are few products that can compete with the power, ease of use and comprehensive features of TheraQuick.

• Complete organization of professional life

  Pros

  Excellent use of FileMaker Pro's capabilities! Ease of use out-of-the-box, very thoroughly thought-through with the realities of practice in mind, and endlessly customizable. Aesthetically pleasing.

  Cons

  None, and this includes customer support.

  Summary

  Nothing else even come close for complete management of professional life.
