Exportizer Enterprise is a database export tool. It allows exporting data to database, file, clipboard, or printer. It can open ODBC data sources, files of DB, DBF, MDB, ACCDB, XLS, XSLX, XLSM, XLSB, GDB, IB, FDB, HTML, UDL, DBC, TXT, CSV types, databases specified by ADO connection strings, and such popular databases like Oracle, SQL Server, SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebird.

Data can be exported to many file formats like text, CSV, JSON, XLSX, XLS, DOCX, RTF, PDF, SLK, XML, HTML, dBase (DBF), SQL Script (with INSERT, MERGE, UPDATE, or DELETE commands), or migrated to relational database of any type supported type. It is possible to export all or selected database files from a folder or all or selected tables from a database at once.

Exportizer Enterprise can automatically detect the most known image types (JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, and ICO) in BLOB fields and export them, for example, to HTML. BLOB and CLOB data can be exported into individual files. There is an ability to specify the source-to-target field and table mappings. Export operations can be performed either via the program interface or via command line with large number of parameters.You can build needed command line directly from the GUI. Export commands can also be prepared in action files. It is possible to copy data to clipboard or print them.

Pros
So much export options! So much destination formats! HTML templates make my life easier!
Cons
Lack of internal GUI editor for HTML templates. Some features too complicated to use.
Summary
Very good exporter. Maybe, its too complicated to use some features, but once you undestood them, you cannot stop using them! Sometimes its not obious the advantages of using some export options, but it seems it is well documented enough so you can find missing information about this. Definitely worth using it.

Calculated fields. Exported many tables to one Excel file, really cool. Using in sheduled automated work.
Cons
Must add specific options for Postgres.

small. many output formats. allows to export many tables in one step. command line. low price.

does not allow to write SQL queries.
Summary
This exporter covers more than 90% of my export needs. I built series of bat files which I use regularly. The only bad thing is a lack of SQL window where I can write my own query. will look for future versions where I hope I'll see this feature!
The software isn't free as mentioned in specs section.

Didn't look for any as long as a program stated as "free" appeared to be shareware.
Cons
No need to explain my disappointment while I was looking for free dbf converter.
