Works but seems to be a scam

Pros
Demo worked great. Did everything I wanted it to do.
Cons
Can't download the real product after purchase. No way to get in touch with the company. Website contact forms don't work. No phone number.
Summary
I went to purchase the licensed product and WAS NEVER ABLE TO DOWNLOAD IT! After trying many times to contact the company, of which there is no working way to do, I came to the realization that this was more than likely a scam. Why have a working demo and then NOT just remove the limitations and sell a legitimate piece of software? Doesn't make any sense to me. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
