Exercises are categorized by body part (Abdominals, Back, Biceps, Calves, Chest, Deltoids, Forearms, Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Traps, Triceps) and their characteristics (Compound/Mass Building Movements, Isolation exercises, Free Weights, Machine-based, etc.) Includes over 40 specific target areas that each exercise affects (Outer Thigh, Inner Thigh, Upper Triceps, Lower Abs, etc.) Create your own categories, target areas, and other classifications or modify the existing ones. Add your own notes to any exercise.
