The extra fields were great.
Cons
The fields would not upload to my Blackberry. The program slowed down Outlook so significantly that Outlook deactivated the addin. I reactivated thinking it would work - but much worse. <p>NO Support at all. I used their FORUM as they requested, but they wouldn't even publish my request for HELP. <p>I purchased the Commercial Version and got the Residential Real estate version...no comments from Eurekaware. No CUSTOMER SERVICE
