If your computer can handle it, you'll probably enjoy the free Euphoria Screensaver's wild and colorful patterns. The program puts on a show that reminds us of the visualizations found in many popular audio jukeboxes, with vibrant shapes and forms morphing all about your display. Installing the program, though, could be a lot easier. You must first extract the SCR file from the ZIP archive, then place it in the proper folder on your PC. But once that's done, most users will be satisfied with the available user-customization options. Not only will you find a handful of preset themes to choose from, but you can make your own by altering such parameters as texture, feedback, speed, and number of layers. Still, it would be nice if Euphoria Screensaver included a soundtrack or let you add your own music. Also, the application exhibited sluggish performance even when tested on a newer machine. Folks with older computers may want to avoid it, but most other users seeking a free screensaver should take a peek.

Summary
Colorful. Ethereal. Spectacular. Easy to install...after you click to install, the files unzip. You'll be taken to two files. Right click on the .scr file and click "Copy." Go to Windows Explorer > C drive > Program files > scroll down a ways to WINDOWS, then paste the .scr file you copied into WINDOWS at the top of the WINDOWS tree. This will now show up as a screensaver at START > Control Panel > Display > Screensavers (scroll down the list of available screensavers...there it is, Euphoria). Chose it, then enjoy! At this same location (screensavers) configure it with the SETTINGS button. Almost endless configurations. Have fun! Play!
Boring and uninteresting.

Cons
Doesn't even match the visualizations that come with windows media player.

Best math-to-pretty-pictures screen saver I've seen

Pros
Euphoria has lots of controls to fiddle with, which produce striking changes. It also has nine presets, of which my my favorite is "Nowhere."
Cons
This thing requires a graphic co-processor with Open GL support, but that's not unreasonable for what it does. Actually, it will run on regular Intel built-in graphics, but way to slowly to be fun.
Summary
I wish it could let me save presets.
One of my favorites

Pros
Much better than beziers, or anything similar. Very colorful and has a lot of variety. I use a different version of this for Kubuntu also. Google Photo Screensaver is my other favorite.
Cons
I would give it 5 stars if it supported multiple monitors. Currently I can't use it until it is upgraded to support multiple montors
