• EnterpriseWizard did everything we wanted

  Pros

  Really easy to install, lots of preset options. Easy to change the configuration, it takes about 5 minutes to create a custom table or report. We were able to automate a lot of stuff using the workflow editor.

  Cons

  We needed some extra memory over our old setup. It says that it needs 12G in the description and the memory only cost a couple of hundred dollars, but still, had to install some.

  Summary

  It was a good choice for our CRM. It is much more powerful than some much more expensive products. Customizing workflows is easy, it builds really convenient customer profiles and the FAQs setup works great once you set it up. There are a lot more features we haven't used yet, so we keep finding more good stuff to do with it.

  Pros

  Setup was really fast. It only took about a couple of days to set it up, which was surprising because the estimate from another company said it would take a few weeks to get up. Really flexible, we could use it for every CRM concern we had.

  Cons

  No integration for Great Plains. I know that that isn't important for everyone but we would have liked it.

  Summary

  It was an excellent CRM choice for us. It is really powerful, especially considering how flexible it is. I like that I could customize pretty much anything about it while still having it work right away. The automatic notifications have already saved me from a few situations where I probably would have forgotten to approach a customer for a contract renewal. Also the ability to check on customer specs as soon as I open their file is a huge timesaver.

  Summary

  I'm part of the customer service department for a medical software company, and given how our product works a huge percentage of our sales come from repeat customers rather than new ones. Our old CRM system was failing at that because it did lead generation well but we lost customers because other departments never had the right info. We were copying stuff back and forth all the time and it was never up to date. This is a huge improvement because it stores everthing so the whole company is operating on one system. Really a godsend whenever I'm dealing with customers and trying to upsell. Probably the best approach to CRM that I've seen so far.
