Add hreflang tags to your magento multilingual store.

Magento Hreflang Tag adds tags according your store views locale language code. You can view it in the source code. The hreflang tags helps Google to correct urls for regional search. The extension works based on enabled store views with different language. Once you have new store view you will need to set new language in the admin -> configuration -> system -> general tab. Once you set new locale language for store then refresh cache and it will start add hreflang tag for each unique url you have. Please pay attention that it make sense only when you have multilanguage magento store with different domains.
