Notify with a popup when encoding is done.

HandBrake Encoding Notifier is a program which popup a notifier when HandBrake encoding is done. Put EncodingNotifier.exe in any folder then go to options in HandBrake. When done, check "send files to:" and select EncodingNotifier.exe. When HandBrake encoding is done, a notification and a popup appear. When you click on the small window, then the file just encoded will be open for playing.
