You can use it to deploy MSI packages on selected Windows PCs connected to a local network and to uninstall deployed MSI packages. Also you can use it to retrieve a list of installed software from every remote PC, get aggregated software inventory reports and keep track of software changes. Free edition is a freeware tool that allows you to install and uninstall MSI packages remotely in a silent mode at a single PC at a time. It includes inventory features that allow you to audit software installed on remote PCs.

Uninstaller app with no uninstall capability?

Sounds like a good app, particularly given it is free
Cons
To get the functionality the free app boasts of you have to get a different app, and pay for it.
Summary
What kind of free app that boasts you can do uninstalls with it is actually incapable of doing installs unless you acquire its non-free big brother? This app is useless for installing or uninstalling. Stop with the false advertising.

Pros
Lists all applications on a remote computer.
Cons
I wish there was a timed trial on the install/uninstall ability. This version only allows you to list applications.
