It can be configured to suit a retail or restaurant operation. User inteface is optimized for touch sensitive modern monitors. EclipsPOS application stores the data in Microsoft SQL Express edition and work offline most of the time. It can syschornize the data with head office data store on demand over internet or intranet. EclipsePOS was developed using C# .net 3.5. It's modular and component oriented. It can be easily extended.
