  Crashes all the time and loses your data. Tech support NEVER replied to my ticket so I could not even ask for my money back. I ended up using MSWord because it took so long to retype my resume data each time.

  After downloading and paying I was unable to activate the software and customer support did not return my e-mail for 5 days!!

  I have nothing good to say about this software...if it worked..maybe..but it doesn't

  Programs crashes on a regular basis and can't be used at all

  I bought this software and downloaded it...got the key code and it crashes on me each time I open the program. I sent an email to them since they don't have a US number to contact and still haven't heard back, even on a weekday. Finally got it to work once....put in my information, which took an hour.tried to save it or look at what I had done and it was GONE. Now..I can't get it to do anything but crash and crash. Paid for it....35.00ish dollars and it was a WASTE of my money. I don't recomend downloading it...nor buying the activations code. SAVE your money! Personally I know how wonderful it is to get your money back from a company that's out of the US and the burocracy of govt and countries is just NOT worth it! And the automated response to the emails you send.....maybe you can get with the program FERNANDO! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

• Easy to build the resume, but no buy/no use

  Pros

  The program was easy to use, and I had no difficulty putting a resume together. It is easy to figure out what goes where, a few things that I would have liked to add in the category department as my jobs have been as different as night and day.

  Cons

  I had the resume together, was unable to printt, save, email or anything unless I purchased the program. I'm not working, $45 CDN too much for me. I was unable to delete my information, I'm not too happy about that.
