Used Easy Window & System Tray Icons Hider for Windows?
Editors’ Review
Quickly hide windows and toolbar icons with this nifty utility. The overly long but precisely named Easy Window & System Tray Icons Hider gave our testers a little difficulty at install, but performed well with a minimum of memory overhead. A tool-tray icon or hot-key combination opens a simple check-box interface. This isn't a program that needs an extensive manual.
Operating this utility takes seconds. The dialog is two lists and some buttons. The first displays all windows listed on the Taskbar. The second list displays the System Tray Icons. Each list has a set of control buttons. You merely click a window or icon listed and press a single button to Show or Hide the item. Additional single-click options quickly Show All, Hide All, or Revert windows and icons to their previous state. The options dialog makes it easy to invoke additional tools and shortcuts. You can toggle a window's display state with a single click, or even by hovering over the proper title in the program's list.
Some testers found errors with the program's installer, but after a few tries and a few errors, it proved to be a good program for any user looking to quickly hide and unhide windows and icons.
