Perfect for Shift Managers

Easy to use even for our non-technical staff. Handles duties, absences and notes. Useful reports incl. Html and CSV export.

Only for fixed shift times.

Can't exapect much from cheap software. Poorly designed user interface, a few features that it offers are cumbersome to use. Not much value in this product.
Only schedules inflexible shifts, not hours: not a true scheduling app

My main concern about this program was how to actually use it. There were no clear cut instructions pr friendly interfaces, it was difficult to use. Inflexible choice of scheduling shifts, not hours which limits scheduling other types of non-standard shifts.

Missing one aspect of scheduling

I works excellent for the 8hr shifts but with the overlaping 12hr shifts it lacks common sense. For example: In nursing, a 1 shift is from 7am-3pm and a 8 shift is from 7am to 7pm. This program doesn't seem to take into effect that the 8 shift covers a 1 shift and as such it should be counted in the day shift coverage.
