Pagico (Professional) is a unique database program that organizes your thoughts and contacts, and even allows you to schedule tasks. It offers a very easy-to-navigate, template-style interface that will appeal to all user levels.

After installation, the program does require that you enter your e-mail address to activate the 15-day trial period. The overall interface design is clean and simple. Menu commands at the top of the window let you create and edit new databases. You can create a new database for keeping notes and for contacts. We especially liked the template style that made it easy to figure out what to plug in and where. The program offers a tagging feature so you can quickly locate specific posts. Adding a new task took us a few minutes to figure out, but we were able to add a list of tasks, along with their start and due dates. Our tasks appeared on the attractive Dashboard calendar. Using the QuickNotes feature, we were able to quickly type a note and insert it into a previous task we had entered. The program's Preferences menu lets you choose a time zone and language preference. An option to view your schedule in your favorite calendar program (i.e. iCal) is a nice touch.

Pagico does come with a User Manual, and an online Help link. We would have liked to have seen a longer trial period, but the program was easy enough to use that 15 days should be long enough for most to get a good feel for the program. We recommend Pagico for anyone in need of a contact management program.

Fully featured Personal, quick support response. Been using it for years. Now moving the whole team over.

I would love to see full Gantt chart support. No Android yet. Poor online community support forum options.
Summary
Look at the dates on some of the negative reviews. Could this software really be that bad, be run by just a couple guys, and still be around and under fully active development? No. The software does not meet everyone's needs, but it is cross platform, including Linux. It is constantly improving. It has great support response.
A great organisational tool with no learning curve.

Firstly, please look at the dates of the reviews below, mostly 3 years old. I write for a living, and really have no time for the GTD approach to projects and tasks, which I, and many others find too constraining. However, I have lots of projects and tasks that need some sort of organisation and to that end I have evaluated everything on Cnet and macupdate to see which app best fits my style of working. Just as I was settling on Omnifocus, and resigning myself to weeks of using valuable time on its learning curve I found Pagico, and boom, within half an hour my projects were up and running, populated with all my tasks. I haven't had chance to go into tags yet, but I love the way Pagico holds all my notes etc. I can just chuck everything in and sort it later. No learning curve, no bloat, no unnecessary bells and whistles plus it's predominantly visual, which suits me down to the ground. As for service, 3 years ago it might have been different, but in September 2010 these guys can and do turn round an email within two hours, (sometimes within minutes), and they couldn't be more helpful. And they are in Asia - I received an answer to an email query within an hour, when it was 1130 at night their time. Excellent app, easy to learn, excellent service, and really good value for money. Highly recommended. And no everyone, I'm not married to anyone at Pagico, I just like the app.

The only thing that I liked about this software, was the idea that I could use it on a PC or a Mac, but since they will not respond to repeated requests for help, even that is a bust! I would stay away from Pagico.
Cons
If you want to get some kind of help from these folks after you have purchased the software, then you will be out of luck - I have sent repeated emails, and they have never responded
Summary
I installed this on a PC, and I was getting my data into the application, and I was able to make it work. But being intuitive is definitely not its strong point - everything that it does is done in a non-standard way. That aside, I was using it. However, I was laid off, and I had to transfer my information to my Mac at home. I installed the software, and I contacted Pagico for help with the registration code, since the one they gave me no longer worked on the Mac installation (pretty strange). I have sent repeated emails, and I have never received a response, so they have effectively stolen my money... I can no longer use the software I spent the money on. Beware of doing business with this company.
NO PROXY SERVER SUPPORT. THEY DON'T TELL YOU THIS.

Intuitive, and nicely laid out - it does not take long for one to understand what the application can, even without reading the documentation
Cons
Pagico does not support proxy servers - users need an area to input proxy server parameters. If you are behind a proxy server, you will not be able to activate the product and use it. THEY SHOULD TELL THIS UP FRONT - THEY WASTED MY VALUABLE TIME!
Summary
Pagico does have some promise, but the lack of support for all of the folks who operate behind proxy servers in a corporate environment, keeps those people from even using it. The biggest gripe I have, is that they shoud not waste your time by having you install the program, only to find out AFTERWARDS, that you cannot use it with a proxy server! Very poor customer service on this point. Another feature that would be nice is the ability to sync to a server using your Pagico account. Other applications such as Evernote allow this, and the result is the ability to keep multiple instances of Pagico on different PC's or Macs, synchronized (and Evernote is free). If Pagico had this type of feature, they would have a LOT more downloads of the product. The application does have a great feel to it, and it is very intuitive. I did not have to go to the help documentation at all in order to understand what it would do - very nice! All in all, the application has a lot of promise, but there are so many rough edges for a professional user at this time, that I would not bother downloading and installing it.
I am totally AMAZED by Pagico - it's great!

1. The schedule flowchart just ROCKS! 2. Create convenient ToDo lists in topics 3. Manages files with ToDo lists together 4. The TagExplorer browser, a huge plus!

Summary
After using the program, I can't imagine myself working without the schedule flowchart any more. It's just so intuitive, that it's already my everyday-app. Just throw in everything (notes, projects, etc) at any time, and the program will organize it and present those information in a really nice way. Highly recommended!

wouldn't download from download.com. Had to go direct to publisher's site. Downloaded and began the installation, which quit because a component couldn't be installed. My guess is that it doesn't work below 10.4. I have 10.3.9.

It integrates schedules, and all my notes together, and the cross links among them really helped a lot!! <p>And, it's beautiful. Good work!

The slideshow part have a little problem: scroll bars keep appearing. hope it'll be resolved soon.
