It lets you convert media files easily with few clicks.
Cons
Once you start to convert a file the main window stays up until the process is over. This could be a real headache if you gonna convert large files regularly. If they can implement a work in background option to this program, it would be great.

I am very computer savvy and have a perfectly good functioning computer. This program and its larger version are pure junk! There are no help files and the company does not support or stand by their products. When trying to convert some MP3 files over to Real Audio format, I constantly got error messages. There is no support from the company and this program is buggy as heck. There are better alternatives folks. Do "NOT" download or purchase this program . . . it is little more than a waste of your time and money.

I have several conversion programs but I use this for rm when I am in a hurry. Users with smaller computers might have trouble (with most video editing software as well!)

I just convert a playable mpg file about 560MB in size. After about 45min, it finishes. However, the generated rm file cannot be played with RealOnePlayer. Even it is user-friendly, it is still useless for me.

It is only 10 free conversions, but it has a nice Merge feature. The only drawback I found was that you couldn't choose your codec. You could choose your bandwidth though. I used it for Audio conversion only.

i just tried to convert 2 video files (btw. the trial lets you convert only 10 files and not 20 as advertised !). first AVI file trying to convert, i get error "format not supported" or something like that. second AVI file i tried which was 700MB it converted to a file size 20 kB (GREAT COMPRESSION :) ), obviously the output file was an error and didn't work either. useless.
