Pros
I called and a technician answer the call within 2 minute on a Tuesday morning.
Cons
my PC misses Canon printer driver. I google and find DriveRestore Ad at Cnet.com. the software doesn't identify and install it. instead it ask me to install 9 other driver programs. The technician didn't want to take care of that, only interested in selling me other high price services, such $250 to clean up Adware, etc. Since I have Computer Science Mater degree, and have worked over 17 years as software engineer, I don't get scared easily. I spend $30 for nothing. Don't use this DriverRestore, and don't trust cnet.com anymore.

Did as promised and repaired the boot sector of my smartphone's MicroSD card, and I got back all my photos, voice recordings, etc

Partition recovery - IT WORKS!

Pros
It found and restored my deleted partition in just a few seconds. Everything else that I looked at would only recover deleted files... and took hours to run. DriveRestore Professional actually restored the entire deleted partition, not just the files.
Cons
No cons... I just wish that I had found this first rather than wasting my time looking elsewhere initially.
Summary
At 1.2 MB - It is a small solution to a BIG problem. Get it!
