Print your documents on USB printers in DOS applications.

Dos2usb captures MS-DOS print jobs from LPT1-LPT9 and PRN ports simultainously and redirect it to correspondingly selected printers (GDI printers, PDF prnters, network printers, IP printers, RDP printers, any kind of virtual printers etc.) moreover it provides full screen DOS prompts also, so that MS-DOS applications get advantage of fullscreen in newer Windows OS. DOS2USB extends the printing ability of dos programs by capturing ms-dos print jobs and redirecting them to windows printer irrespective of printer types including USB printers, network printers, print-servers, and PDF-printers. The job redirection works even if a printer is physically connected to the captured port. DOS2USB supports any PC running Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and Windows Server 2003 (Service Pack 2), 2008, 2012 with LAN and RDP (terminal service) for capturing print and redirection.

By using DOS2USB you can print directly from dos to USB printer, network printer or any kind of printer. In another words, DOS2USB can print to any printer where windows can print. This utility helps to convert your usb printer to dos printer, by giving gateway to the USB printer from DOS. DOS2USB powered the DOS application to print on USB printer with native language support also; for that the DOS code page of the selected language need to be installed and must be selected from DOS2USB. DOS2USB provides fullscreen DOS prompt for your dos application whenever windows denied for the fullscreen. Build-in remote assistance support so that you doesn't need any third-pary utility for the remote assistance. We provide remote assistance during our working hours i.e. 1000hrs to 1900hrs IST on Monday to Saturday (except some local holidays). Print complex jobs to legacy printers in 'raw print mode' (including drawings and graphics) without going through the windows driver and without changing the original jobs.

Works great, but no support

Does exactly what is promised, other than an occasional corruption in the printing.
Cons
When I upgraded to Windows 8 a couple of years ago the system would not allow me to reuse the registration and I was told I had to purchase again. Could not be bothered arguing. However 2 weeks ago I just did a routine update of Windows 8 and the program advises it needs registration. I emailed the company who promptly advised me to send the system key to get a new registration. I sent it, but I have yet to get the required code, despite a follow up email.

Great product from a company which is not ethical.
Did exactly what it was supposed to do!!!

Works with DOS applications running in Windows.
Cons
They sell one license for one computer, and it can not be transferred or reinstalled. If you have to reformat your HD because of a virus, you have to buy a new license. Theft, pure and simple.
Summary
The company is in India, so they are not governed by the US laws, or even by the US morality. It is a good product, but not an honorable company.

Any hardware change requires a new license code. I have already paid for the program and they wont send me a new license code. Old one doesn't work.

Pros
Trial version worked OK, I paid for the license key, then program stopped working and started asking for the key, company would not send key or help, and stopped answering my emails. Waste of money, so I got the better supported PrintFil program.

No support, no response from comapny. They take your money and don't care if the product works or not.

Product not stable. It worked for a while, then stopped, and there was absolutely no support from the company.

it DOES print from dos to usb, no doubt.
Cons
Lame attempt to fix issues from tech support, when they couldn't figure out solution, stopped responding to emails. Had to purchase second license when I switched computers, now customer service won't return calls. Unreliable product, waste of money
Summary
This program will only recognize SOME dos print commands and ignores others. For business applications, this product is completely unsuitable as it is unreliable. The customer service concerning this application is nonexistent and tech support cannot fix these problems. No refund available. The worst money I've ever spent on an application. I've never felt the need to give anything a negative review until now.

I had a hard drive failure on a new (less than a year old) computer and the program no longer worked after the drive was replaced . The company does not respond to emails at all.
Summary
Don't pay for this product. I even sent them a copy of the shipping invoice for the still under warrenty hard drive and still no response.
Copy protected, wouldn't replace the key.

The software installs easily, works ok with one exception, and is not difficult to use.
Cons
The software stops working when you change parts in your computer, such as upgrading a hard drive; it's copy protection seems to be tied to the computer's hardware. This is a serious defect as far as I'm concerned.
Summary
This software is good, when it works; but if you plan on upgrading or replacing your computer, DON'T BUY THIS PROGRAM. I'm sorry to say this because it did a nice job until I replaced my hard drive. After E-Mailing the company for more than 6 months and never recieving a reply, much less a replacement key, I'd suggest finding another program. Putting a note on your site saying not to request a key very often is not an excuse for bad service, especially when only one replacement key is requested.
Once you register it, say good bye to any support

It allows most, but not all of your old dos programs to print.

No support after it is registered.
Summary
Tech support is very elusive, gives you 3 word responses to your email, which is of no help. I used it unregistered for a year, the locking does not work, regretabley I registered it. Now the author wont even give me the time of day. Will not even respond to emails. I am glad it only cost me $20.00 to be ignored.
