  Product is easily download with your purchase money taken very quickly. Download link is provided quickly as well.

  Cons

  Software is very limited in what it can do, especially in the reports department. Don't expect much help from their support department either.

  Summary

  You're money is not well spent here on you're hotel management software needs with this particular platform. There are better ones out there. Also be aware that they will not give you a refund of you're purchase, using the excuse of all the software piracy going around. They may also promise you a refund as they did me, but will never deliver on their promise, showing their deceptive side of the company when it comes to trying to keep your money.

  I wouldn't say that it is the easiest to use. It would be nice if there was a place to go for admin and make changes to all the objects, like payment types, departments, room types, ect. instead you have to go to a form that asks for that object and then click a button that will open the form to edit. There is no custom reports.
