DNS Angel for Windows

DNS Angel is a free parental control tool designed to enhance online safety for children by modifying DNS settings. Users can easily switch to safer DNS servers, such as Norton ConnectSafe, Open DNS Family, or MetaCert DNS, which block access to inappropriate websites. The program requires no installation, providing a user-friendly interface that allows for quick adjustments with a single click. Users can also revert to default DNS settings effortlessly, making it a convenient solution for parents concerned about their children's online activities.

While DNS Angel excels in its primary function of filtering unsuitable content, it lacks advanced options for customization. The program does not provide visibility into the specific DNS filters applied, which may limit users who wish to understand the extent of the restrictions. Overall, DNS Angel serves as a straightforward tool for enhancing web safety for children, focusing on ease of use and immediate effectiveness.
