  Dna Baser is everything I ever wanted.. It does all my work in the lab, detects and trims low quality regions, assemble all my dna sequences in a few seconds .. is the best!

  Pros

  It automatically removes the low quality ends, assemble the input samples, generates the contig/consensus, automatically corrects the ambiguities and many more.

  Nothing bad to say about this amazing tool.

  Summary

  DNA Baser is a very useful tool. It's all I need in my lab, it's doing all the job for me in a couple of minutes. Bye bye waiting for days to assemble few contigs! :)
