Cons
Helpfile menu option is available, but does nothing for v2.4. Recovery is very poor, 33/13000 mails, a minimum of 2 weeks to get any answer from the support, no money-back guarantee.
Summary
Don't purchase. Select instead for the Diskdoctor's solution, which does wonders, and which saved my ass in recovering a lost pst covering several years of mail.
