  It is exactly like SimCity with extremely poor graphics. Terrible programming. This publishers is lucky they aren't sued by Electronic Arts for copyright infringement on their SimCity game.

  The game has a good base element.

  Cons

  The game has difficulty expressing the base element through the poor quality graphics and the complete lack of storyline, but with all bad things, it came to an end, Thank heavens.
