• Able to rename a batch from a list

  moultonmOctober 19, 2007

  Pros

I found that I could paste a list from a text file to rename a group of files in one click. Very helpful if you are ripping a homemade cd which lists as Track 01.wav etc and want to rename the ripped files with the actual titles. If the titles are already typed into a list they can pasted as a group into the "new name" window. A BIG help.

• Very Useful Software

  October 16, 2007

  Pros

Simple and effective way to rename files in a directory. The way the file names can be changed is very flexible, and allows you to try various options before applying the changes.

  Cons

Would be nice if you could order the files imported.
