I can't use the product. The registration key is for an older version, but I just downloaded this version. WTF?

Registration Key was valid for an older version that I just bought. They now want 17.99 MORE for an upgrade. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
Summary
When you give a company 39.99 for a promise of a working product, and the registration key is invalid, leading you back to the Digeus website to pay 17.99 more, there is an issue, especially when the product description says free upgrades. I am waiting for a refund. I would not buy anything from this company.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Mar 22, 2010<p/>I also want to add that they promot 24/7 technical support. That is not accurate. Also, they do not publish their address or provide a phone number. That within itself is reason not to buy from this company. Unfortunately I may have learned my lesson the hard way.
