A mixed blessing at best

The core functionality works well, with the output being fairly straight-forward HTML that is easily tweakable.
Cons
Although the core functionality works well, this product has a very buggy interface that, although the company has been contacted on a number of occasions, they have not remedied. Problems include that their coloring scheme does not work; that some of the report options do not work; that after generating a report, the report does not initially open, but you have to go and find it; that after generating a report you cannot generate another report without closing the product and re-opening it; that it's slower than other comparison utilities; and that it's much too expensive.
Summary
On balance, this product is a decidedly mixed blessing, with a core functionality (text comparison) that works well, but with a buggy interface (see above). The product is also much too expensive for what it does.

In wrong directory to be Free, it is an evaluation version so therefore it needs to be in FREE TO TRY, not FREE

NOT FREE AT ALL Wrong Catergory Updated on Jan 21, 2011I went to uninstall and cannot find it in the add and remove. This is not a free program you have to pay for it. The program needs to be placed in the FREE to TRY.

It made me laugh; so I guess that could be loosely interpretted as a good thing.

The description is misleading in that it implies that this is actually functioning software and that it can be used for something other than illustrating how not to program.
Summary
Words cannot convey the awfulness of this malignant string of bits claiming to be software. First install thought I had already used all 30 trail runs. Second attempt at the install allowed me to run the program which promptly crashed. The third attempt to use the program resulted in a hang-up that has to be terminated via the task manager. For extra humor, lots of weird error messages are thrown in such as this hilarious gem: ?This action cannot be completed because the other application is busy. Choose ?Switch To? to activate the busy application and correct the problem.? Unsurprisingly, the ?software? is somewhat slower than rock formation. Using this tragic example of bad code is like boxing a glacier.

I downloaded it and went to open it..and a message popped up that basically said "you have already used this software too many times. Try buying it". Too many times would be Zero
