Best free Screen Magnifiere / Zoom tool I've found.
bk243- Pros
- - Best free Screen Magnifier / Zoom tool I've found after trying many - Does what it says on my old PIII / XP backup system - Optional Speech plugin (haven't tried this tho) - Works inside zoom window where all of the others I've tried did not
- Cons
- - Slows down my old PIII / XP system a bit - UI could be more intuitive & it took me a while to figure out how to minimize/ maximize it
- Summary
- - Best free Screen Magnifier/ Zoom tool I've found after trying more than a dozen.

taxiguy250- Pros
- It works the way it says it works.
- Cons

- Summary
- There are others that do this job better.
Useful product for persons with vision impairment.
billyoungm- Pros
- Very good screen magnifier for free. Useful function is that you can run it from a USB jump drive or CD without isntalling on a computer so you may be able to use it on public computers such as at the library.
- Cons
- If it was combined with a screen reader it would be even better.
- Summary
Free and Excellent
- Pros
- My Dad has Macular Degeneration and I've been searching for a really good magnifier that is simple to use. So far this one fits the bill nicely.
- Cons
- I really could not figure out how to use the full screen mode.
- Summary
A quality free product that almost achieves the main use cases of expensive ones
mtraum- Pros
- Caret tracking is a great addition.<p>Please consider making this product open source. This is the best free implementation yet and is a great boon to the visually disabled community, especially if a community effort was able to back the development to improve the product.
- Cons
- Caret tracking does not always work as expected, for example, when using Yahoo mail under Firefox (at very least).
