Desktop TicTacToe is made in Visual Basic 6. It snaps to Window edges like a Desktop Gadget. It also has an optional basic AI (Artificial Intelligence) player. You can move the application by holding Left-click and dragging the bottom region. You can exit by pressing Right-click on bottom area.
