Summary
I am tired of downloading programs that claim they'll do the work for free and then ask you to purchase the software. Seriously! How do I know that the "scan" wasn't just a mock-up program to make the user THINK there's a whack load of issues on their computer??? I don't CARE that there's a "100% money back guarantee" !!! No company, in their right mind, would offer such a guarantee without a catch of some sort - like forcing you to return your computer to it's "pre-fixed" state, using their program, before you see any of your money. OR, they get you with administration fees and other BS that's non-refundable which they don't mention is included in the package price. You pay $65 dollars - the software itself might cost $20 but the other $45 dollars is the non-refundable portion that they neglected to mention.
Honestly.... I'm sorry for my rant here but, I just wish the user was more informed about what they're downloading.
