  But doesn't work for programs that are installed for all users (allmost all). This means you can only delay programs that were installed specifically for the current user.

  Go and find another program to delay startup programs.

  Pros

  The idea is great. It delays 30 seconds (configurable) before starting the delayed programs. Another delay can then be specified for each program. <p> <p>Had no problems with the download or installation (simply right-click on the msi file and choose install).

  Cons

  The interface is not intuitive, but the big problem is that the free version doesn't allow a delay for programs that are installed for all users. This means you can only delay programs that were installed specifically for the current user. <p> <p>Since the majority of programs are installed for all users, the free program has no usefulness. In my case it permitted a delay for only 1 program out of 11 startup programs. <p> <p>You must pay $15 for the pro version to make it a useful program. Had the interface been better, I might have considered it.

  had to download several versions to get one without a CRC error. <p>when program finally completed installation, I got a critical stop error when trying to run it. <p>so I can't actually rate the program itself. if anyone gets it running please post how, here :-)
