  Pros

  It installed quickly in my Windows 7 64-Bit computer. The executable file is only 208 KB. When you type numbers on either the Decimal side or the Hexadecimal side, the resulting conversion instantly shows up on the other side as you type. This program does exactly what I needed and could not be any easier or simpler to use.
