Generate and store passwords: Dashlane for the Mac can generate strong passwords, store an unlimited number of them, and then autofill your passwords and other log-in information -- including address and payment methods -- for websites, services, and apps, with one master password.

Dashlane also offers a password changer that helps you easily convert old or weaker passwords to stronger, secure ones.

Secure: Dashlane uses the industry-standard AES-256 to encrypt your information.

Free for one Mac: If all you have to protect is one Mac, you can use the Dashlane password manager for free, including adding browsing extensions to manage your usernames and passwords.

And it's paid for multiple devices: If you want to have Dashlane manage and sync your information -- passwords and other auto-fill data -- over all your devices, it's $39.99 a year. A premium account also lets you share items with others. You can check out the premium version for free with a 30-day trial.
