Cuba is a fully customizable telephony middleware product to enable screen pop of Microsoft Outlook contacts. Screen pop based on caller or called number and pop on a ringing or answered call. Features include inbound caller information displays or 'pops' up on your computer screen normally this is delivered to the screen before or at the end of the call, caller ID (aka CLI) or ANI, Called ID (aka DNIS), and as well as any of the Remedy fields, indicates status of call, creates a 'softphone' that enables you to operate your phone system via your keyboard and mouse, allows you to transfer a call at the click of a button, automatically transfer the screen (customer record) along with the call to enhance customer service, incoming callers can enter their account number, links to your contact database to identify the Log Offering, and supports business grade telephone systems.
