• Database consistently unstable, limited support

  It comes with pre-generated letters (to Credit Bureaus, etc.) but they are outdated and often have poor grammar.

  Cons

  There is a lack of support for the consistent issues that it has. The only thing that you really get is a PDF manual that is more like an introductory brochure designed to sell you on the database or at best, brief you. Need help? Forget finding any.

  Summary

  As I said before, there is a huge lack in support for the Credit Detailer. They will basically sell you the program for $500 and then remote in to help you install it (if you need that basic help) and then send you on your way. Later on when the program breaks, as it does often, and you try to look for solutions to what is going on, the so called "Credit Coach" directs you to the website where they sell Help vouchers. But not to worry, the help voucher is just $600! Wait a second, that is more than the product itself?!?! Oh, that is right, there is the option to have them answer ONE question for just $20, (each question)... I guess that makes it worth while.. To compound the problems a bit more, half of the links within the program that are said to increase work flow don't even work. Links to printing follow up letters to credit bureaus... you know, the whole meat and potatoes of the company, they don't work. The bottom line is that this is just a shotty database that was thrown together by some people who had dollar signs stuck in their eyes and no real intention of ever designing a product that was really worth while. At any rate, I am extremely dissatisfied that the people whom I work for got scammed in this way. So in an attempt to spread the word, I hope that someone else can get something good from this review. My advice would be to spend the money on something better because you will end up spending the money trying to fix things that shouldn't be breaking. Suggestions for Credit Detailer: Include some documentation on the use of our product (if there is any). I'm thinking that a manual would do a lot of people some good and it would also likely keep your so called customers out of your hair.

  Pros

  I could set it up with my company information and print all the letters immediately for all my clients. The tracking is amazing! It tells me when I have to do something so "I-Never-have-to-look-through-a-folder-AGAIN!" Thank you for that! This program is Fantastic! I can't wait to see what comes out next!
