This software promises to protect credit card information, account identity, and passwords, but you'll be disappointed if you want to try it before you buy it. The trial version offers you an opportunity to see how the program looks but not how it functions. The interface is not particularly user-friendly but is livened by bright colors. Credit Card and ID Guarder offers three options: quarantine, immunization, and manual check. The first two have no programs preloaded and no clear instructions for adding. It says programs will automatically be added, but this didn't occur in testing. Under manual check were six options for checking and removing programs. Trying to use any of the six led to a pop-up with options only to exit or enter a registration key. Credit Card and ID Guarder will frustrate novice users, and intermediate or advanced users will find easier-to-use programs to protect their information.

Spyware removal? Why are you in this category
LoW_ReviewerJune 3, 2005
Pros
It hides cc numbers
Cons
Not really sure why this is listed as an adware spyware removal utility but it is not as safe as they make you beleive. A installed a simple program on my pc to test with and wham! I retrieved everything entered. Hidden keyloggers are missed and more!
Summary
Make me reassurance with my online shopping

Pros
Some one said that over percent 90 of computer has spyware or thiefware. The program can prevent all of the spyware and thiefware stealling my credit card numbers. I need it indeed.
