Developer’s Description

Monitor the average CPU load and shutdown your PC if the CPU load is below a specified percentage.

CPUOff monitors average CPU load and initiates computer shutdown if the CPU load has been below a specified percentage for a specified length of time. It can be started manually or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler. The CPU load and many other parameters can be configured via the configuration screen.

Version 5.5 fixes error in shutdown timing.

It works, found the CPU data easily. Good customization.

Limited time to shutdown. Max you can have it wait is 10 minutes, and if you are like me it might be better at a half hour to an hour.<p>NO INVISIBLE MODE! -- really disappointing. Has to stay in Task bar. Gets annoying<p>NO AUTO STARTUP. -- Annoying. Easily bypassed by moving a shortcut into startup items.<p>After it detects the below CPU and readys for shutdown, if the CPU goes above again - it doesn't cancel.<p>All in all - UNINSTALLED
