As its name suggests, this no-frills clock utility simply counts down time, but don't expect to find extensive features. It's fairly easy to add and edit multiple events with Countdown Clock's overly simple, diminutive interface. When you've input the event description and its exact time, the timer displays the years, days, hours, minutes, and seconds until the event occurs. Unfortunately, this 30-day trial version is sorely lacking an alarm feature, which would certainly bring purpose to this clock utility. Instead, you're treated to a "This Event Has Occurred" message. During our testing, we sent the program to the system tray after setting up an event. Oddly, it did not notify us when the event transpired. Countdown Clock is easy enough for anyone to use, but there are other options on the market with more abundant and flexible features.

Pick a date on the calendar, enter an event's time and name, and count down to it.
Countdown Clock counts down to any event that you want. Just pick a date on the calendar, enter a time and name and you're ready to run. These events can easily be added, edited, and deleted in edit mode. Now you can enter event times to the seconds. Display Mode From the events list you can select any of the events to countdown to. Once you choose the countdown you want to view, you can switch to display mode by double clicking on the numbers and drag it to a different part of the screen. Includes several options for starting up with Windows as well as showing an icon in the system tray. Colors for the display can be customized and the display can be made always on top so you can always see your countdown even while working in other programs. Also, the program can be sized to be as large as the screen or small enough to fit in any corner of the screen.
