CoolPalm is a utility to display a startup and/or a shutdown picture and play wave files. You can specify a shutdown or startup picture or both and optionally play a wave file. CoolPalm can only display jpg pictures that are not progressive and play uncompressed wave files. You can also specify a picture folder where CoolPalm will display a different picture on startup and shutdown.
