  It seems to work. Also, if you like a cheap looking, old fashioned interface you will be happy.

  Free Download is what they say. No mention of pricing. Only when you download the software do you find it is a short evaluation version, with a joke price tag for $499. I would have bought it for $19.95 instead they chose to mislead and annoy me.

  Summary

  AVOID unless you are intrigued to see how NOT to market software, and like being mislead and ripped-off.

  To put it simply - the software does not work. <p>The first time I launched the software (immediately after installation) it informed me that my trial expired and would I like to extend the trial period. How does a trial expire before it even started is beyond me, but I went on the publisher's website and obtained an "extension" number. It is not clear why the publisher choses to waste users' time like that, but this was the least of the software's problems. <p> <p>Having started the "extended" trial period, I followed the instructions to convert one excel file to xml. When I opened the resulting file it was still in excel format and appeared to have been combined with another document which was in the same folder. I tried again, with a different file, but with the same result. <p>I even tried to put the file to be converted into a separate folder in an attempt to avoid whatever was confusing the software. The result was still a badly garbled excel file. <p> <p>I can't believe that the publisher wants to charge $500 for this trash!

  Flawlessly combines multiple Excel files into a new file (e.g. combining thousands of survey responses into a big file for running reports). It does work, it works well, but would I pay $500 for it? Not in a million years.

• Clunky, cheap, and hard to install

  install failed several times and even after a complete install the program was still rife with errors. I never got to see it in action. Very cheap looking (and acting) I could buy a working computer with everything I need for the $499.95 they want for this.
