  Pros

  NONE - I needed it to watermark my photos, and I could not remove them from the program!!! I even e-mailed for help many times and they could not help me.

  Cons

  It is not user friendly in the least - no phone number to call, and they take forever to get back via e-mail, and when they do they still are no help! I am trying to launch a website and this has set me back many weeks! Save your money! Do not buy this product.

• Great product for converting RAW

  Pros

  Batch conversion - I use to do this manually in Photoshop but with this software I could sit back and let it do all the work. Runs smoothly even on a 4 year old computer.

  Cons

  Does not repair corrupted RAW files, but there are free software to do that so it's no biggie.

  - easy to use, select photos then convert with many adjustable settings (format, quality, effects, etc) - works as expected and pretty fast. I have a quad core and 4 files are done at the same time. fast!

  I say that all the positive reviews are fake. I buy the program to convert RAW photo's (Canon CR2 files) to TIFF. This process is very slow. The program don't show the original size from the RAW photo. The program ignore all your adjustments in your Raw file because the outcome is always the same. it is not possible to output 16 channel TIFF files. If you switch from auto white balance to manual balance and back the program ignore all your adjustments. I spend many hours writing emails with this company and the only thing they do is ask you more questions. They don't read your emails good and because of this they ask you questions that you answer already before. After thisI ask my money back, result non. They claim on there website "Satisfaction Guaranteed" and this is fake and I can proof this with all my mails to this company.

  Summary

  Better to use Photo Shop Elements, Photo shop is much much faster and do the job better. Also there are many free programs on the internet that do the job faster. Don' buy this, you will loose your money.

  Pros

  It does the work I need it to do and it does it quickly and efficiently. Converts hundreds of CR2 files while I play catch with my kids. It's a great time saver.

  Summary

  I had thousands of photos scattered all over my disk in several different sizes and formats. Contenta easily organized and structured my photos and I have made albums with names extracted from metadata.
