Doesn't import phone numbers or email addresses with their labels properly into Outlook...which means if you sync Outlook with a smartphone you get rubbish in your smartphone address book...very disappointing...a waste of money and a huge amount of time in setting up my contacts database in Contact Wolf...so if you want to be able to import into Outlook then steer clear of this software...without major manual manipulation it doesn't work seamlessly Support team also rude and couldn't care less about the customer experience So all in all a very poor experience
