Easy to use, even for someone that's not very computer-able Very attractive Really low price Haven't had any problems, easily set it up and has never let me down Super easy to retrieve my information

I really can't think of anything except that I wish there were more programs like this!

but what good is a list of names. Help didn't help.

I don't know....maybe it's great but I don't have time to study a PIM. I have used Act!, SalesForce, iMac Address Book and Thunderbird but I couldn't figure this one out.

I like this program a lot. It was easy to setup and very quick to learn how to use. The help file had all the information i needed. The look is attractive and easy to learn if you know ms office. It's easy to search for your entries using the search box. All in all, it meets all my needs.
