ConnectedText is a personal Wiki system with unique capabilities. Store all your notes and their revisions in a SQL database. Includes editor with drag and drop, full-text search, graph navigator which topic relationship. Text presentation can be customized with CSS style sheets. Images can be embedded in text. Files and URL can be attached to any topic. It comes with a powerful user interface with docking windows, toolbars and tabbed views, allowing multiple Wiki workspace open at the same time.

I can't live without it anymore

Pros
That is a real personal wiki. I tried other systems which claim that but they fall short in matching ConnectedText wiki features. Also the interface is simple and there are many features not available anywhere like TeX formulas or plugins.
