• Not A Good Deal!!!

  They are so nice to you UNTIL they get your money. <p>They will then string you along until past 60-days dispute for creditcard charge. <p>When time is up, bam! They are gone. <p>I should have listened to "Act!' pirate comment, as that is what I am using now--$100 at Beat Buy. <p>Lesson learned.

  There is nothing positive about a company that will priate from a competitor's software.

  I gave it one star because you have to give a review at least that or the computer managing posts won't let you publish, so if not for that, I would have given it zero stars. <p> <p>I went to the publisher's site and saw a picture of a couple of white guys and one black gathered at a computer screen. It looked very familiar - it's the copyrighted photo from the ACT! 9 (ACT! 2007) splash screen. I checked to see if Commit is owned by Sage Software, the parent of ACT!, and it is not. These people are thieves. <p> <p>Don't believe me? No problem, find someone with ACT! 2007 and check the splash screen for yourself, then go to the Commit site and you'll find it used there. <p> <p>Cnet, how can you post a pirate? People, do you want to do business with pirates?   Dedicated product for computer serives companies. Great and responsinve support, great price, easy to use ticketing system and nice contracts and billing modules. <p>Web Interface for employees and customers is a great help.

• Great Product, Amazing Personal Support

  This product helps me manage my IT service business efficiently. It covers most of my small business needs in a single package. We use the ticketing system to track open/close issues, the contracts module to manage service contracts (we love the Block of Time contract type) and we track labor charges and travel charges and link them to tickets etc. <p>The customer service is great, responsive and very personal. <p>I highly recommend this product to every small computer service business! <p>Great value for the money!

  Wildly supportive to get your money. After that forget it. They told me that Commit would do several things like invoicing and tracking service contracts. It does not invoice and the contracts portion is woefully lacking. During the trial period they promised to fix or said that they were about to add a feature that was not performing correctly. <p> <p>As soon as I had purchased this software they became difficult to reach and would not assist me in getting things to work--things that were supposed to work. <p> <p>I had the full product for two weeks when I removed it from my PC and requested a refund. Though I was still within 30-days of originally downloading it and had been promised that I was still in the "trial period". They said no go and fought my credit company beyond the 90-day period and stuck me with their garbage software. <p> <p>Oh! and they are in Israel. If you think that you may have some legal recourse if they scam you, dream on. <p> <p>I got suckered don't you be next.
